Vampire Hunter D,,is absolutely the best,as is ghost in a shell, and Kaena, the computer generated story of the girl whose prophecy is fullfilled..... I liked Vampire Hunter D, even if it was funnily surreal at times. ;D Have you seen the second Vampire Hunter D (can't remember it's sub title)? It's pretty good but done in a totally different style.

But I have to say Dark Crystal (possibly Labyrinth) might be good to see as a Manga/Anime. I mean I like them as they are now, but I think it would be quite interesting to see their interpretation. ...Thing is will they be able to get the permission to do such a thing.

it's actually being openly discussed, i gather, so it must be something tehy'd consider. Gaiman has actually given permission for Jill Thompson to do ameri-manga for Death and the Dead Boy Detectives, so i get the feeling he wouldn't mind doing that. he also seems to have done work with Marvel too, as they're bringing out stuff with him, i think. could be wrong though.

Elfen Lied Ikki Tousen/Battle Vixens (manga > anime) Othello Mezzo Forte/Mezzo DSA Burst Angel/Bakuretsu Tenshi Nurse Witch Komugi Galerians: RION
OHSNAP, no one recognises these series lykprolly.
My only choice is to brainwash my friends into liking these series, only to find them pointing out the blatant fact that Ikki Tousen involves panties and bewbies, Elfen Lied is creepy, Othello is so teen-angsty, Mezzo Forte's uncut version is pr0n, Nurse Witch Komugi is disturbing and has bewbs, Burst Angel has bewbs, and the main character of Galerians is a clone of my ex.
OHGODPORK.
